Measuring Your Floor

When buying your mats, it's important to have a good understanding of the area you are looking to cover. 

Each tile is:

2ft x 2ft = 4 sq.feet

which is the equivalent of 

60x60cm = 3,600 cm^2  (or 0.36 m^2)

Therefore, if you know the area of your space you can divide this area by the above (depending on the unit you have conducted your measurement in) to calculate the number of mats that you need.
